Wisconsin Rock Guitar Academy LLC

("the Academy," "we," "our," or "us"). By using our services, including in-person and online guitar lessons, workshops, and other offerings, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms. If you do not agree, you must discontinue use immediately.

2. Services Provided

The Academy offers various services, including but not limited to:

Private and group guitar lessonsWorkshops and music education programsOnline courses and materials

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at our discretion.

3. Payment, Refund, and Cancellation Policy

Payment Terms: All payments must be made in full before the start of the lesson, program, or event unless otherwise agreed in writing.Refunds: Payments for lessons, workshops, and subscriptions are non-refundable unless explicitly stated otherwise in a written agreement.Missed Lessons: If you miss a scheduled lesson, you may request a make-up session, subject to availability and our discretion.Price Changes: We reserve the right to adjust prices for any service with reasonable notice.

4. Liability Waiver

By participating in our lessons, you acknowledge that playing a musical instrument involves physical activity and assume any associated risks.Wisconsin Rock Guitar Academy LLC and its instructors are not liable for any injury, loss, or damage to personal property arising from participation in our programs. You agree to indemnify and hold the Academy harmless from any claims related to your use of our services.

5. Communications and Consent to Contact

By providing your phone number and email, you expressly consent to receive text messages, emails, and calls from Wisconsin Rock Guitar Academy LLC regarding lesson reminders, promotions, updates, and service-related communications. You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to text messages or unsubscribing from emails.We will not sell or share your contact information with third parties for marketing purposes.

6. Intellectual Property

All lesson materials, videos, and course content created by the Academy are protected under copyright law.Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or resale of our materials is strictly prohibited.

7. Code of Conduct

We strive to maintain a respectful and positive learning environment. We reserve the right to refuse or terminate services for any student who engages in disruptive, disrespectful, or inappropriate behavior toward instructors, staff, or other students.

8. Privacy Policy Agreement

By agreeing to these Terms, you also agree to our Privacy Policy, which governs how we collect, use, and protect your data.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wisconsin. Any disputes arising from or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts of Wisconsin.
